I break my fast

It is three thirty and I’m starting to break my fast. I did two meditations:

one was a forgiveness meditation.
the second a loving kindness meditation.

Then I selected my twenty course meal. It consists of:

five almonds
a couple of Iranian pistachios
a few pieces of walnuts
a piece of ginger
sea weed
red cabbage
green cabbage
red onion
white onion
yogurt
feta cheese
tiny slice of red delicious [...]
