Silently Thank Everyone You Meet

I’m going through a book called "Effortless Prosperity," by Bijan. It is based on "A Course In Miracles." However, whereas the later has a 365 day period of the workbook, the former is a set of daily exercises lasting only thirty days.
Today’s exercise if to thank each person you meet silently or aloud. This to a certain extent relates to Og Mandio’s first scroll in his book, "The Greatest Salesman In The World," in which he suggests you greet each person you meet silently with love in your heart .
It also relates to something that I have been doing often for the last eight or nine years and that’s to silently or aloud if I’m driving alone say, "God bless you," to everyone on the freeway whether I’m passing them or not.
It is interesting that it’s very difficult to get angry at someone merely because he cuts you off or she’s driving badly after you have said, "God bless you," to them. Unfortunately too often I forget to do this and driving in the Los Angeles freeways becomes more stressful than when I remember.
So at least for today, silently thank each person you meet out of total unconditional love . Thank them because they exist. Forgive them just because. You’ll notice your life will improve. Your relationships will improve. Your smiles will be brighter.
