Use straw – keep teeth white
Drink staining fluids through straws
I drink a huge amount of tea and green tea. Latest research is also demonstrating that coffee is very good for you. Also a glass (or two maximum) of red wine a night protects the heart and brain. Then there is pomegranate juice which is a phenomenal source of antioxidants. So here we are being healthy and we stain our teeth and gums and lose our beautiful smiles.
So in order to have the health benefits of highly colored fluids without the stains drink through straws.

Latest research shows the following benefits of coffee:
Coffee possibly cuts the risk of type 2 diabetes. It seems the more you drink, the better.
Harvard researchers calculate in an 18 year study that drinking one to three cups of caffeinated coffee daily can reduce diabetes risk by single digits. And imbibing six cups or more each day slashed men’s risk by 54% and women’s by 30% over coffee avoiders.
Traditionally the dangers of coffe have been well known. But in recent decades, some 19,000 studies have been done examining coffee’s impact on health. For the most part, their results are extreemly positive.
“Overall, the research shows that coffee is far more healthful than it is harmful,” says Tomas DePaulis, PhD, research scientist at Vanderbilt University’s Institute for Coffee Studies, which conducts its own medical research and tracks coffee studies from around the world. “For most people, very little bad comes from drinking it, but a lot of good.”
Drinking coffee on a regular basis appears to lower onces chances of developing Parkinson’s by up to 80%. Other research demonstrates that compared to not drinking coffee, at least two cups daily can translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk, and nearly half the risk of gallstones.
There are many other benefits of coffee including lowering asthma attacks and apparently protecting against some of negative effects of smoking and excessive drinking of alcohol. I’ll write more about coffee later on. Some of these positive effects of coffee derive from the caffeine especially allowing one to exercise better. Some are derived from the anti-oxidants in the coffee beans which become more powerful after roasting. So the bottom line appears to be you can drink coffee without any guilt. The good is more than the bad.
I personally still prefer drinking plenty of very strong tea. I am about to go to the gym (5:30 a.m.) and I have already had two very strong cups of tea.

Again this is a lost article I have found and am posting on this site. I still drink more tea than coffee but since the positive results of the research on the health benefits of coffee I do drink more coffee too. Again remember that while a small portion of alcohol has some health benefits for your heart very quickly having more alcohol makes the negative effects outweigh the positive and also red wine has the most beneficial effects.
Note: If you drink a glass or two of red grape juice and meditate a little – you’ll get all the value of drinking a glass of wine without any of the harm.
Note – also: It’s not all about theoretical aspects of health – drinking a little wine (emphasis on a little) may be better for you (than the grape juice) simply because you enjoy it much more.
