The best weight reduction program for me

Those of you who know me, may know that I’m the creator of the Michelangelo Weight Management System and seminar. I use transformative imagination in this seminar to help you chip away the excess (mainly from the mind as the real weight we need to manage is that in the head – you clear you head of all the junk and your body will clear itself of all the junk) to allow the inner beauty shine forth as Michelangelo did to that chunk of marble to sculpt his beautiful “David.”
When asked, “How did you produce such a beauty, are you a God?” Michelangelo replied, “As soon as I saw that marble, I saw the David inside. All I had to do was to take out whatever was not the David and here’s what’s left.”
In the Michelangelo Weight Management Seminar I guide you to chip away what is not the real you, and only give a little nutrition and biochemical advice. I want to here share something that has worked real well for me.
Before I do that, let me add that there is no perfect diet for everyone, and something that works for one may not work for you. Moreover, there is a huge amount psychological aspect and placebo effect to weight reduction. However, you can generalize and say a certain system works for most.
Recently, I have studied various commercial weight loss systems for total cost and scientific basis. You can read a couple of my results where I compare NutriSystem and LA Weight Loss and NutriSystem and Jenny Craig and here I do a cost comparison. Out of all systems I have studied so far NutriSystem wins hands down mainly because it uses a low glycemic index menu and also it has the lowest overall cost.
I have known about and used the low glycemic index foods for myself for quite a time but as I was doing my research I have had a real low glycemic index menu in the last week and low and behold my weight has gone down by two pounds (which is a huge amount for me as I’m already near my all time low and I’m beginning to have as thin a waistline as I did forty years ago.
In the meanwhile I have developed “The More Diet” which I’ll soon present to the world. Basically I believe in allowing rather than saying thou shalt not. I think if you eat enough good foods like low glycemic index fruits, vegetables, a little nuts, plenty and plenty of unadulterated water (more, more, more good foods) you’ll be satisfied and won’t desire the nasty junk food. Anyway, that’s true for me.
