No meats at all in the next 24 hours. This is a getting ready for the vegan fast. You can have dairy and eggs but no meat during this fast. Now this is trivial for me since this is my typical food I eat during the weekdays. However, the series is for everyone. Some of these fasts will be very easy for you and others may be more difficult.
As I mentioned this fast was rather easy for me. Do the different fasts since some will be easier for each person and with some you’ll find challenges. It is exactly those difficult ones which help you best in improving your life.
To a great extent these fasts are like going to retreats at home. They are like meditations and discipline producing.
As you set a goal of a certain fast you are testing your will power and when you successfully achieve the fast you get self confidence by showing yourself that you have the will power to do what you set out to do.
I think you should do all the fasts. Because the easy ones will still exercise your will power and strengthen it. This will help you achieve your goal in the fasts which are more difficult for you.
