Theresa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. She brings extensive experience working with diverse populations, including clients managing addiction through medication-assisted treatment.

In addition to traditional therapy, Theresa is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, helping parents strengthen bonds with their little ones through the power of touch. Her therapeutic style is eclectic, blending Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered techniques to meet her clients’ unique needs.
