“Collaboratively assisting adults and adolescents on their journey to greater functioning is a privilege. That journey leads people to repair personal and relationship traumas that block their personal and professional goals. Through effective cognitive and behavioral interventions, clients improve difficult and often debilitating symptoms, and learn skills that help them attain self- empowerment, confidence and self-esteem. Clients often comment that they have achieved more than they thought they could more quickly than they imagined.”
