Dr. Sheilah Sulliger, Ph.D., LMFT, is a highly experienced behavioral therapist dedicated to helping individuals across all life stages, from teenagers (15+) to older adults and seniors. With a deep commitment to providing a safe, supportive space for clients to express their authentic selves, Dr. Sulliger specializes in depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, LGBTQIA+ support, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and crisis therapy—including assistance for first responders and survivors of major catastrophes, such as the Southern California wildfires.
About Dr. Sheilah Sulliger
Before becoming a therapist, Dr. Sulliger pursued a successful career in the performing arts, dancing with the New York City Ballet and studying at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She continues to engage in television and voice-over work but ultimately found her true passion in helping individuals through psychotherapy.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) since 1993, Dr. Sulliger has worked with diverse populations, including teens, adults, and seniors—her oldest client being 98 years old. She is particularly skilled in helping individuals navigate major life transitions, relationship challenges, and mental health struggles.
